Team Leader Duties
The duties of our team leaders in Starlight.
Staff Team Management
It is the duty of our team leaders to assist in promotions, demotions, additions, and removals of staff members. Primarily, it's up to the admins to handle staff changes. However, team leaders can intervene if they believe admins haven't made a proper decision.
Additionally, team leaders are in charge of promoting and demoting people to/from the admin rank.
Server Changes & Maintenance
It is up to the team leaders to process feedback from staff and members about server changes and updates. The team leaders are also in charge of fixing any issues that arise with server permissions, channels, roles, or any other server issues.
All major server changes must go up for vote to all staff members. This excludes changes to the staff team, staff permissions, or any other staff related changes.
